This week favourites

I wanted to start doing something like this to keep track of the things I like, and also as an excuse to recommend things hehe.

Song I can't stop listening to: I heard that Buckshot Roulette has a multiplayer version with a bonus OST. When I heard Overdose Casino I became obsessed with that song, so much so that now I'm thinking of doing some techno songs this Jamuary in Newgrounds.

Mangas I'm reading: Magical Girl Dandelion or Mahou Shoujo Dandelion is a manga that I found by chance thanks to a Youtube video in my recommendations. I didn't want to watch it because it said something like ‘magical girls are back’ or something like that, so I wanted to read it first since I like magical girls. And to my surprise it grabbed me instantly even though I find it hard to latch on to something so quickly. The story focuses on Tanpopo whose parents were killed by a phantom, but she is saved by another phantom who swears to take care of her for life. But one day she learns that she has enough magic to become a magical girl, but that would mean she would have to become the enemy of her phantom friend.

I'm also reading Love Bullet which is about Koharu, a girl who dies without having experienced love so the goddess of love revives her into a cupid but her first mission is to make her childhood friend (and the only person who proposed to her) fall in love with someone else. Luckily she has other cupid girls to guide her, although they are not always so friendly.

I'm ill

Yesterday I didn't upload this because I felt so bad that I couldn't even sit in front of the PC. Today I took an ibuprofen and I was able to go on with my life, but every now and then I get a fever and I can't stop sneezing. I haven't been in the mood to do homework or university work either, I'm at my wits end. I hope to get better soon, as the month and the school year are coming to an end.

I have a new plant

I was about to eat a Pink Lady apple when I cut it in half and saw that it had sprouted seeds inside. They were weak so I put them in a tupper with a damp napkin. On the third day I saw that one of them had grown, and when I saw that the napkin was also starting to produce fungus, I transplanted it into a small pot. I put cinnamon on the root before I did this to prevent any fungus that it might possibly have from reproducing. It took a couple of days for it to get used to it, luckily it rained on Sunday and it improved a lot. I helped it by removing the rest of the seed husk so it can open, I'll take a photo next week to show the progress.

Cosas favoritas de la semana

Quería empezar a hacer algo como esto para llevar un registro de las cosas que me gustan, y también es una excusa para recomendar cosas jeje.

Canción que no puedo parar de escuchar: Me enteré que Buckshot Roulette tiene una versión multijugador con un OST extra. Cuando escuché Overdose Casino me quedé obsesionado con esa canción, tanto que ahora estoy pensando en hacer alguna que otra canción techno para este Jamuary en Newgrounds.

Mangas que estoy leyendo: Magical Girl Dandelion o Mahou Shoujo Dandelion es un manga que encontré de casualidad gracias a un video de Youtube en mis recomendados. No lo quise ver porque decía algo como "las chicas mágicas han regresado" o algo así, por lo que quise primero leerlo ya que me gustan las chicas mágicas. Y para mi sorpresa me atrapó al instante a pesar de que me cuesta aferrarme a algo tan rápido. La historia se centra en Tanpopo cuyos padres murieron por culpa de un phantom, pero se salva gracias a otro phantom que jura cuidarla por toda la vida. Pero un día ella se entera de que tiene la magia suficiente para convertirse en una chica mágica, pero eso significaría que se tendría que convertir en enemiga de su amigo pahntom.

También estoy leyendo Love Bullet que se trata de Koharu, una chica que se muere sin haber experimentado el amor por lo que la diosa del amor la revive en una cupido pero su primera misión es hacer que su amiga de la infancia (y la única persona que se le declaró) se enamore de otra persona. Pero por suerte tiene a otras chicas cupido para guiarla, aunque no siempre son tan amistosas.

Estoy enfermo

Ayer no subí esto porque me sentía tan mal que ni podía sentarme enfrente de la PC. Hoy me tome un ibuprofeno y pude seguir con mi vida pero de a ratos me da fiebre y no paro de estornudar. Tampoco estuve teniendo ánimos de hacer tareas del hogar o de la universidad, estoy en la nada misma. Ojalá mejorar pronto que ya se termina el mes y el año lectivo.

Tengo planta nueva

Estaba por comer una manzana Pink Lady cuando al cortarla por la mitad veo que tenía semillas germinadas. Estaban débiles así que las puse dentro de un tupper con una servilleta humedecida. Al tercer día veo que una de ellas había crecido, y al ver que también la servilleta estaba empezando a producir hongos la transplanté a una pequeña maceta. Le puse canela en la raiz antes de hacerlo para evitar que se reproduzcan los hongos que posiblemente podría tener. Costó un par de días para que se acostumbrara, por suerte el domingo llovió y mejoró muchísimo. La ayudé sacándole el resto de cáscara de la semilla para que pueda abrir, la semana que viene le saco una foto para mostrar el progreso.
